📋 Description

• Develop and manage the Rubrik Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP) • Establish RPSP as a world-class standard for partner excellence • Drive and enforce program participation requirements for service delivery and technical proficiency • Collaborate with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering Manager • Develop and scale specialized partner tracks with GSI, MSP, and SI partners • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and strategic evolution of the RPSP lifecycle • Report to the Vice President, Global Professional Services

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of direct experience in Professional Services partner program development and management • Significant experience with executive-level interaction • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic program initiatives • Demonstrated success building and managing partner enablement systems for a Global Professional Services business • Extensive experience partnering across diverse global teams and operational boundaries, including GSI, MSP, and SI environments • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is welcomed • Strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows within a global services context
