• High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement) • Associate Degree in a technical field (preferred) • Field service or industrial experience (preferred) • Instrumentation training or apprenticeship experience (preferred) • Calibration and/or metrology experience (preferred) • Safety certifications or credentials (preferred) • Demonstrated basic electrical and mechanical knowledge • Knowledge of instrumentation systems (preferred) • Ability to use hand tools and electronic testing equipment • Strong computer proficiency and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality • Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment • Self-motivated with strong organizational and prioritization skills • Dependable, punctual, and accountable for assigned responsibilities • Curiosity and desire to learn and develop professionally • Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work flexible schedules • Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record
