📋 Description
• Engage with clients through live chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner • Provide accurate and detailed information about our services, products, and company policies • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and providing excellent service • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions • Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of the construction industry
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Basic knowledge of construction terminology is a plus • Proficient in using live chat software and other computer applications • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
