📋 Description

• Manage project set-up, billing, and budgets in Deltek Vision • Guide Project Managers with financial insights and risk analysis • Communicate directly with clients on invoicing and financial matters • Own revenue recognition, collections, and policy compliance • Train teams on best practices to ensure consistency and accuracy • Partner with Project Managers to optimize financial performance and influence project strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a project accounting or controller role • Deltek Vision experience is required • Strong analytical and communication skills • Bachelor's in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience) • Proactive, independent, and solutions-focused mindset • Trusted-advisor approach rather than purely transactional accounting • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Natural collaborator with a client-first mindset • Interest in process improvement and data-driven decisions
