📋 Description

• Measuring and interpreting user behavior across the SaaS platform • Tracking feature adoption, engagement, and retention metrics • Identifying friction points and drop-offs • Translating behavioral data into actionable product insights • Providing structured recommendations to VP of Product • Provides recommendations to VP of Product and cross-functional teams • Surfaces early warning signals affecting product health • Define and maintain core product metrics • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in product analytics or SaaS analytics roles • Strong fluency in SQL, data modeling, and analytics tooling • Experience working closely with Product teams • Ability to conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and retention modeling • Strong quantitative reasoning and pattern recognition • Comfort translating data into executive-level insights.
