📋 Description

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the our platforms to deliver work for clients and manage our rater community. • Drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements. • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption. • Communicate product strategy, status, and challenges to key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure our platforms remain competitive. • Utilize data and user feedback to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology or AI-driven company. • Experience with platform products, payment systems, or two-sided marketplaces is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable plans. • Experience working with global and remote teams. • A passion for building user-centric products and a deep empathy for our rater community.
