📋 Description

• Lead the identity development and storytelling behind our brands, with a primary focus on our flagship brand, moonbowls. • Ensure the consistency of our brand messaging and value proposition across all customer touchpoints. • Work closely with the CEO and R&D team to guide our culinary roadmap from a brand and market opportunity perspective. • Own the post-purchase customer journey to maximize order frequency and customer lifetime value. • Spearhead retention strategies, digital loyalty initiatives, and occasion-based campaigns that drive repeat ordering behavior and brand stickiness. • Develop and manage a holistic strategy for introducing our brands into new markets, including social media and community outreach. • Develop high ROI opportunities to collaborate with digital influencers and build community engagement. • Direct the editorial strategy across all brand channels, creating a cohesive narrative that boosts community interaction and achieves sales targets. • Oversee the external brand communications strategy, shaping public perception with general and targeted media outlets. • Partner directly with the CEO on high-level strategic planning and thought leadership initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of making brands pop. • Builder mentality with a deep passion for storytelling. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. • Deep understanding of customer behavior, cultural trends, and storytelling across paid, owned, and earned channels. • Demonstrated success launching breakthrough campaigns, driving revenue growth, and building brand equity. • Experience managing teams and working collaboratively across an organization. • Experience working at a high growth company is a big plus.
