📋 Description

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders • Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken • Update receivers and customers on load status • Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries and verify on-time, undamaged arrival • Take check calls from drivers and ensure loads deliver on time • Validate load data before marking loads delivered for accounting purposes • Investigate product overages, shortages, and damages and complete documentation • Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments • Accept or decline loads based on account manager direction • Provide detailed directions and instructions to properly route drivers

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of logistics experience • General knowledge of the transportation industry • Experience writing routine reports and correspondence • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form • High school diploma or equivalent (listed as preferred)
