📋 Description

• Hold P&L responsibility for an assigned area and manage operations and continuous improvement across assigned Last Mile Hubs • Lead Site Leaders and interact with key customer contacts • Drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and financial performance • Partner with operations excellence and leadership teams on continuous improvement • Oversee budgetary P&L goals and capitalize on opportunities to exceed area financial expectations • Set and track performance metrics and KPIs to inform decisions and manage financial performance • Manage claims, quality, safety, security and employee engagement • Review and audit site performance and create site action plans • Ensure area Last Mile Hub KPIs are met or exceeded, including VOC, inventory management, carrier compliance and claims management • Coach and develop Last Mile Hub teams and ensure accountability for operational efficiency, customer service and contractor procurement • Partner with Learning & Development to maintain relevant site training and up-to-date completions • Work with the national sales team to facilitate new growth opportunities • Develop understanding of the assigned area, competitors and socioeconomic trends • Interview, hire, train, assign work, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, and resolve complaints and problems

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of leadership in operations, delivery, distribution logistics or facility/warehouse management • Strong Fluency using Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams • Effective organizational, leadership and presentation skills • Strong business focus with demonstrated ability to act in partnership with management teams • Exceptional aptitude for understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources • Bachelor’s in Business, Logistics or related field is preferred • Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach and influence employees • May be required to take and pass a pre-employment drug test • Must be able to fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws
