📋 Description

• Support the team with binding processes • Navigate carrier portals to complete bind orders efficiently • Process paperwork and follow up on outstanding documentation • Handle endorsement requests and processing • Gather and organize required information to complete files • Set up and maintain files, including importing documentation as needed • Request necessary information from agents in a timely manner • Collaborate with carriers to resolve questions and disputes • Provide general team support as needed • Continuously build knowledge of the industry and the role of wholesale within it

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business or Risk Management • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related field or similar role • Knowledge of insurance and policy issuance systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
