📋 Description

• Manage the overall financial, operational and employee aspects of multiple accounts • Responsible for profitable retention and growth of business within span of control • Ensure that financial, employee, safety and customer satisfaction goals are met • Develop direct and indirect reports and conduct skills assessments • Evaluate and document employee performance and provide ongoing feedback • Maintain staffing levels and improve employee retention

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, supply chain or 2 years of relevant work experience • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry-related field • 5+ years in managing, leading and developing direct reports • 3+ years in developing and implementing complete logistics solutions and project management skills • Knowledge of truck brokerage, RD/Logistics/Transportation • Advanced computer skills (including Microsoft Office) • Experience in Profit & Loss responsibility and customer KPIs management
