📋 Description
• sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer (negotiation & acceptance) • completion of contractor hiring administrative processes, and on-boarding of new contractors • administrating defined external/internal recruitment processes • ensure accounts are fully recruited and developing/managing relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team • keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment • Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts
🎯 Requirements
• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required • 2 years or more in experience Full life-cycle recruiting experience, Required • Proficient in Microsoft Office products Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) Intermediate, Required • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments., Required • Demonstrates customer service skills., Required
