📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products for executive leadership and strategic initiatives • Own project planning, including scope, timelines, and deliverables • Guide complex ad hoc reporting requests to produce actionable insights • Design, enhance, and oversee scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments • Lead customer and market analyses, including customer and market sizing, share analysis, growth trends, segmentation, and other advanced analytics • Establish data accuracy and integrity best practices, audits, validation processes, and quality checks • Steward and enhance team data assets and analytical infrastructure • Lead acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis of data from multiple systems, databases, and tools • Coordinate data-related activities with project timelines and priorities • Communicate progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders and leadership • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent, Required • 6 years or more in applied projects experience, including demonstrating digital transformation and data management, Required • 6 years or more of experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business and working in a cloud environment, Required • 4 years or more working in an individual contributor role as a key member of the team, Required • Advanced knowledge of complex SQL query writing, including joining multiple tables, summarizing, grouping, data manipulation, and analytical functions • Familiarity with Python, PowerBI, R, DataBricks, and other analytical tools • Strong technical aptitude • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating technical findings in nontechnical language • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team • Ability to work cross-functionally • Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent, Preferred
