📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products • Own project planning, including scope, timelines, and deliverables • Guide complex ad hoc reporting requests to produce actionable insights • Design, enhance, and oversee scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments • Lead customer and market analyses, including customer and market sizing, share analysis, growth trends, segmentation, and other advanced analyses • Establish best practices for data accuracy and integrity, including audits, validation processes, and quality checks • Serve as technical leader and steward of team data assets • Acquire, integrate, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems, databases, and tools • Improve data accessibility, usability, reporting methodologies, and analytical capabilities • Communicate technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership in meaningful business terms • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT, and other business units • Plan and coordinate data-related activities to meet project timelines and priorities • Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and results • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent, Required • 6 years or more of applied projects experience involving digital transformation and data management, Required • 6 years or more of experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business and working in a cloud environment, Required • 4 years or more working in an individual contributor role as a key team member, Required • Advanced knowledge of complex SQL query writing, including joining multiple tables, summarizing, grouping, data manipulation, and analytical functions • Familiarity with Python, Power BI, R, DataBricks, and other analytical tools • Strong technical aptitude • Ability to work with large datasets and complex analytical requests • Detailed-oriented with excellent follow-up practices • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to high-quality, timely work • Multitasking, organization, and time management skills • Problem-solving skills and creative solution finding • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships across organizational levels • Ability to work cross-functionally • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including communicating technical work in nontechnical language • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Willingness to travel
