📋 Description
• sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer (negotiation & acceptance) completion of contractor hiring administrative processes • on-boarding of new contractors • administrating defined external/internal recruitment processes • developing/managing relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team • keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment • meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts
🎯 Requirements
• H.S. Diploma/GED • 2 years or more in experience Full life-cycle recruiting experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office products Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) Intermediate
