📋 Description

• Review repair orders and purchase orders for warranty claim determination • Create and submit warranty claims to designated manufacturers while adhering to manufacturer guidelines • Research and gather information to maximize warranty recovery • Communicate with field management regarding missing repair information, 4-15s, and chargebacks • Communicate with manufacturer representatives to improve warranty collection opportunities • Collaborate with the Warranty Manager to identify process improvements and best practices • Perform special projects as needed • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or Communications, or HS diploma/GED with equivalent years of experience (Preferred) • Two (2) years or more of Data Entry experience (preferred) • One (1) year or more of Customer Service experience (preferred) • One (1) year or more of Diesel Technology experience (preferred) • Strong oral and written communications skills • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to meet departmental deadlines • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices • Willingness to travel 3/4 times a year
