📋 Description
• Investigate and evaluate daily property claims • Deliver timely, accurate, fair, and professional service • Manage a high volume of claims independently • Uphold standards of service and professionalism • Submit supplemental reports as needed • Provide exceptional customer service to insureds, clients, and stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum 2 years of experience handling property claims • Minimum 2 years of experience using Xactimate and Symbility estimating software • Strong understanding of insurance policies, practices, and procedures • General construction knowledge strongly preferred
