📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Medicaid IT initiatives (MMIS, Provider Enrollment, HR-1, etc.) • Drive project governance, risk management, and executive reporting • Coordinate across State stakeholders, vendors, and development teams • Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans and technical direction • Oversee requirements, testing, and implementation readiness • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to State objectives • Mentor State staff and support knowledge transfer/sustainability
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience • 5+ years in Medicaid / Health & Human Services • Demonstrated experience with: • MMIS or MES modernization • Provider Management / Enrollment systems • Large-scale system transformation programs • Experience managing Agile + Waterfall hybrid environments • Strong experience with project governance frameworks • PMP certification (or equivalent)
