📋 Description

• Answer phone calls to assist with questions and requests regarding membership, banking products, services, and rates • Exceed member expectations with every interaction • Utilize knowledge of credit union products, data systems, and web-based applications • Provide information, answer questions, and assist with requests and concerns for member and non-member callers • Complete required member verification and review accounts • Relay company and credit union policies and procedures • Communicate with management or other S3 teams/departments to remedy member service issues • Specialize in digital, cards, or loans-related queues and process related transactions • Correspond with departments and management through email for additional requests or research • Complete additional job-related projects and duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months of experience in customer service is preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication • Thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment • Must be highly organized and detail oriented • Ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively • Ability to navigate and utilize multiple platforms/computer software simultaneously • Experience in a remote work environment with dual monitors is a plus • Works well in a structured and procedure driven position
