📋 Description

• Answer phone calls and assist members and non-members with questions and requests regarding membership, banking products, services, and rates • Use knowledge of credit union products, data systems, and web-based applications to provide information and resolve concerns • Complete required member verification and review accounts • Relay company and credit union policies and procedures • Communicate with management and other S3 teams/departments to remedy member service issues • Specialize in a digital, cards, or loans-related queue and process related transactions • Correspond with departments and management by email for additional requests or research • Complete additional job-related projects and duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months of experience in customer service is preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment • Highly organized and detail oriented • Ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively • Ability to navigate and utilize multiple platforms/computer software simultaneously • Experience in a remote work environment with dual monitors is a plus • Ability to work in a structured and procedure-driven position
