📋 Description

• Develop computer vision and machine learning models to support individuals living with dementia • Help build new technologies to identify staff care, elopement, and physical or behavioural changes • Train and evaluate models in production on industry-leading data • Lead the development of new AI Capabilities from inception to initial production deployment • Design, train, and evaluate state-of-the-art computer vision models for fall detection, staff monitoring, and behavioural analysis • Work closely with DevOps and Engineering teams to ensure models are performant and scalable • Partner with Product, Fleet, and DevOps teams to translate clinical needs into technical requirements • Manage and derive insights from massive datasets of real-world data • Act as a technical mentor and a bridge between departments

🎯 Requirements

• MSc/PhD in a quantitative field OR equivalent professional experience • Expertise in PyTorch, Python, Web Servers • Strong proficiency in AWS, WandB, Docker • Proven ability to research, build, and deploy proof of concept to the Cloud or on the edge • Proven ability to collaborate with Product and Operations teams. • Experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Excellent communication skills for presenting research outcomes to various types of stakeholders, including non-technical audiences • Experience publishing research in top-tier conferences (CVPR, ICCV, ICLR, etc) is valued but not required.
