📋 Description

• Provide critical administrative and operational support to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives across the full project lifecycle • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and coordinate communications across internal and external teams • Ensure all project tracking activities remain accurate, current, and accessible to the appropriate stakeholders • Support the maintenance and ongoing management of detailed project plans, updating tasks, timelines, dependencies, and milestones • Conduct regular schedule reviews to verify accuracy and flag discrepancies • Track milestone completion and report on progress against established baselines • Monitor project activities to identify potential risks, blockers, and dependencies that may impact deliverables or timelines • Maintain the risk register and issue log; escalate critical items to the Project or Program Manager • Prepare and distribute regular status reports, dashboards, and project updates to maintain stakeholder awareness • Organize and maintain all project documentation including plans, reports, meeting notes, and correspondence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role on professional services or technology programs • Demonstrated experience maintaining and updating project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint or Microsoft Teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences at all levels • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
