📋 Description

• Lead and close platform deals from outbound, inbound, and partner-led opportunities • Own platform relationships end-to-end, including commercial conversations, onboarding, growth, renewal, and expansion • Identify and activate revenue inflection points such as launches, renewals, and product releases • Build trusted relationships and advise partner leadership teams strategically • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and propose data-driven growth strategies • Design scalable partner-selling systems and processes • Identify churn risks and work cross-functionally to mitigate them • Own five Tier 1 platform accounts within the first 90 days • Lead a renewal negotiation end-to-end within the first 90 days • Run at least two Quarterly Business Reviews and produce written growth plans within the first 90 days • Deliver at least one partner enablement session within the first 90 days • Produce a portfolio health and risk assessment with mitigation plans • Build a pipeline of at least three qualified new platform or expansion opportunities • Present a six- to twelve-month book-of-business growth plan at day 90 • Close the first new platform partnership by six months

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing a portfolio of accounts or partners, with clear revenue ownership • Trusted by senior stakeholders at partner organizations and comfortable owning long-term relationships • Experience working with platform or ecosystem partners, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or HR tech • Comfortable collaborating on API-driven or technical integrations with product and engineering teams • Strong cross-functional operating experience with a track record of driving revenue outcomes • Clear communication, organization, and consistent follow-through • Availability to be based in a time zone between UTC+0 and UTC+6 • Intellectual curiosity, creativity, boldness, integrity, and willingness to try new things
