📋 Description

• Partner directly with external clients as the voice of SAI360, leading discovery calls to understand their needs and translating these insights into tailored learning solutions. • Analyze target audiences and learner environments to design and write engaging, learner-centric materials (including e-learning, offline materials, coaching guides, job aids, and curated content) in accordance with adult learning principles. • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), content managers, product management, project management, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality Ethics & Compliance learning products. • Incorporate instructional design best practices and push technical boundaries using Google Suite, Google Veo 3, Nano Banana, and other emerging AI design tools. • Adapt to and gain proficiency in using SAI360's proprietary authoring tools, content management systems, and internal workflows. • Balance and prioritize multiple active content and library-based initiatives concurrently, collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines. • Implement metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions, converting data insights into performance outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field. • Client-Facing Skills: Proven success in customer-facing roles, with exceptional relationship-building, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills. • Creative Storytelling: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic thinking, storytelling, and experience designing curricula, learning objectives, and job aids. • Technical Toolset: Hands-on experience using Google Suite, Google Veo 3, and Nano Banana. • Adaptability & Resilience: Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to proprietary, less modern software tools and systems while maintaining design excellence. • Work Ethic: A self-motivated contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
