📋 Description

• Develop and continually refine understanding of buyers' challenges, needs, competitors, buying stages, and product usage • Perform analysis to support initiatives that increase market share • Develop product positioning and messaging based on customer, market, and competitive insights • Conduct industry trend analysis, competitive analysis, and win/loss tracking • Drive innovation, prioritize requirements, and validate product delivery across the Product organization • Create sales enablement tools, product comparisons, playbooks, solution sheets, and success stories • Deliver sales training and scripting connecting customer needs to product capabilities • Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify and remove training-related obstacles in the sales funnel • Plan and promote successful product launches with Product Marketing • Represent SAI360 and the Product Team in customer meetings, presentations, and webinars • Build business cases and communicate product value to partners, customers, sales teams, and senior leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on AI Product Management mindset and strong utilization of AI in product management practices • Minimum of eight years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or controls functions • Minimum of two years of B2B product management or product marketing experience, preferably within the GRC software industry • Strong understanding of Compliance, Risk, Control, Audit, and Resilience frameworks, including SOX, ISO31000, IIA, ISAE, SSAE, and related standards • Ability to create concise and compelling messaging across multiple channels • Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management organizations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities • Self-starter mentality with strong initiative and ownership • Collaborative approach and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
