📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for the Treasury Cloud environment • Ensure 24 by 7 support availability for customers • Work flexible shifts within operating hours covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues • Address moderately complex technical issues via telephone, email, and chat • Manage account administration in Microsoft Active Directory and Azure/Entra environments • Resolve requests by following established procedures and using knowledge bases and support tools • Follow issues through to proper resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of technical support experience in a call center environment • Proven hardware/software troubleshooting experience • Ability to think and troubleshoot logically and act decisively in critical situations • Proven experience providing effective and professional communication via telephone, email, and chat • Solid understanding of IT concepts/practices and comprehensive knowledge of personal computers • Experience supporting AWS, OCI, Azure, and GCP • Experience with account administration in Microsoft Active Directory and Azure/Entra environments • Ability to handle the majority of requests independently, following established procedures, knowledge bases, and support tools • High school diploma or GED • Must be a US Citizen and able to maintain a Public Trust • Desired: Microsoft DFS experience and PowerShell • Desired: Microsoft Azure/Entra familiarity • Desired: Technical certifications such as A+, N+, or Sec+ • Desired: Knowledge of help desk software and tools • Desired: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and OCI
