📋 Description

• Manage contracts and proposals in support of SAIC's Army Navy Business Group • Prepare, negotiate, accept, and manage government contracts • Ensure contract acquisition and fulfillment comply with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications • Collaborate with program and finance teams to mitigate program risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline and six (6) years or more of related experience; Master's degree and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience • Additional four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree • US citizenship • Experience managing, reviewing, negotiating, and executing government contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements • Ability to handle complex contractual issues and collaborate with program and finance teams to mitigate program risks • Understanding and wide application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in contract administration • Knowledge and experience with FAR, TINA, and CAS • Cost proposal experience, including risk and mitigation reviews, approval process coordination, cost narratives, compliance, and contract-related proposal submission responsibilities • Critical thinking and informed decision-making ability • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage fluctuating workloads and multiple priorities • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
