📋 Description

• Provide contract support for high-complexity and strategic proposals within the Army Navy Group • Prepare, review, and submit Cost Plus and FFP proposals • Serve as the “book boss” for all cost and/or contract volumes • Write cost proposals and compile supporting documentation • Draft required contractual artifacts, including commercial contracts, Commercial Solutions Openings, Other Transaction Agreements, OCI mitigation plans, total compensation plans, and administrative information • Work closely with legal, functional counterparts, and senior leadership within the company

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related business discipline and fifteen (15) years or more of experience; OR Master's and thirteen (13) years or more experience; OR PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience • Equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience, and minimum fifteen (15) years' contract proposal experience may be substituted in lieu of degree • Extensive experience with CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, FFP, T&M and commercial contracts and proposal preparation • Strong grasp of Organizational Conflicts of Interest concepts and mitigation strategies • Extensive knowledge of FAR, DFAR and applicable Agency supplements • Excellent oral and written skills • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and independently with senior management • Extensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing acquisitions, including FAR, DFARS, TINA and CAS • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously • Ability to effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external business partners/customers and interact with senior executive leadership of the Business Group • Ability to effectively identify and mitigate Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) and write OCI Mitigation Plans • Ability to identify and mitigate risks related to proposal compliance, pricing strategy, contract execution, performance/reputation • Ability to provide creative solutions • US citizenship
