📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls and redirect calls to the appropriate DOT department using the Switchboard Directory and other DOT resources • Research the DOT intranet and/or internet to provide callers with information • Record calls daily in a spreadsheet • Research, collect, and verify Switchboard Directory information for customers and DOT personnel • Maintain the Switchboard Directory, including phone numbers, email addresses, and websites • Train new staff

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma and 2 years of working experience required • 1 year of experience providing customer service support in a business organization • Excellent phone skills • Top-notch communication and listening skills • Basic computer proficiency • Experience in a customer service role (preferred) • Must possess a High School Diploma • Degree may be substituted with 2 additional years of related experience • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance • U.S. citizenship required
