📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth • Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs • Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from the care team • Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes • Participate in regular paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders • Serve older adults through grief, loss, isolation, and difficult life transitions • Work with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support staff

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the United States • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program • Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this role is posted • Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus • Minimum availability of 15 weekly sessions • W2 roles start at 25 hours per week; 1099 contractor roles start at 15 hours per week
