📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults virtually • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team • Manage documentation using the streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Set availability and receive matched patient referrals • Provide care for grief, loss, isolation, and late-life transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program • Active, independent license to practice psychology in Colorado • Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus • Ability to provide at least 15 weekly sessions • 1099 or W2 engagement options with stated weekly-hour expectations
