📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently as part of a collaborative care team • Manage documentation using the streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Build a caseload based on clinician availability, with Sailor Health matching patients • Provide care for patients experiencing grief, loss, isolation, and difficult life transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program • Active, independent license to practice psychology in Idaho • Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience is a plus • Willingness to work at least 15 weekly sessions • Part-time or full-time availability on a fee-for-service basis • Must provide care virtually to older adults
