📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently as part of a collaborative care team • Manage documentation using the streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Set availability and build a caseload with matched patients • Provide care for grief, loss, isolation, and late-life transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program • Active, independent license to practice psychology in Illinois • Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience is a plus • Minimum availability of 15 hours per week for 1099 clinicians or 25 hours per week for W2 clinicians • At least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health • Ability to provide services virtually to older adults
