📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth • Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs • Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from the care team • Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes • Participate in regular paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders • Provide care through Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy services • Collaborate with Clinical Quality Leads, Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, and provider support staff

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the United States • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program • Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this role is posted • Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus • Must work at least 15 hours per week as a 1099 contractor or 25 hours per week as a W2 employee • Active, unrestricted license allowing independent practice without clinical supervision • State licensure matching the applicable state of practice • PSYPACT authorization through APIT or Counseling Compact privileges may apply depending on clinician type and state
