📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth • Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs • Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from the care team • Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes • Join regular paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders • Work with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support staff • Deliver care for older adults experiencing grief, loss, isolation, and difficult life transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the United States • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program • Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this role is posted • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred • Medicare billing experience is a plus • 1099 contractor availability starting at 15 hours per week • W2 employee availability starting at 25 hours per week • At least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health • Must hold an active, unrestricted license allowing independent practice without clinical supervision
