📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth • Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs • Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from a care team • Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes • Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders • Work with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support staff • Provide care to patients experiencing grief, loss, isolation, and difficult life transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the United States • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program • Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this role is posted • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred • Medicare billing experience is a plus • At least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health • Must hold an active, unrestricted license allowing independent practice without clinical supervision • Applicants must provide state license information and license type • PSYPACT authorization through APIT may be relevant for clinical psychologists • Medicare enrollment/opt-out status is requested • Experience working with geriatric patients is requested
