📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults virtually • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently as part of a collaborative care team • Manage documentation using the EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Set availability and build a caseload with patients matched by Sailor Health • Provide clinical care for grief, loss, isolation, and late-life transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program • Active, independent license to practice psychology in North Dakota • Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus • Must be looking to provide at least 15 weekly sessions • Ability to work in a virtual setting • 1099 or W2 engagement options depending on weekly hours
