📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently as part of a collaborative, supportive care team • Manage documentation using the streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Build a caseload from matched patients and clinician availability • Provide therapy for grief, loss, isolation, and late-life transitions • Support Sailor Health’s mission of improving aging through Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program • Active, independent license to practice psychology in Arizona • Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus • Must be looking to have at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health • 1099 opportunity starts at 15 hours per week; W2 opportunity starts at 25 hours per week • Must provide a mental health license type and number • Must identify states where licensed; PSYPACT may be entered with a valid APIT license and E.Passport link
