📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team • Manage documentation using the streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Set availability and build a flexible caseload with matched patients • Provide care for older adults navigating grief, loss, isolation, and difficult life transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program • Active, independent license to practice psychology • PSYPACT authorization preferred; application support and fee reimbursement provided • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus • Availability to build at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health • Part-time availability starting at 15 hours per week for 1099 or 25 hours per week for W2 • Mental health license and license number required in the application • States where licensed required in the application
