📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently as part of a collaborative care team • Manage documentation using the streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Build and maintain a patient caseload matched by Sailor Health • Provide care for patients experiencing grief, loss, isolation, and difficult life transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program • Active, independent license to practice psychology in Utah • Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus • Minimum commitment of 15 weekly sessions • 1099 or W2 engagement options with stated weekly hour expectations
