📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth across PSYPACT states • Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs • Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from the care team • Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes • Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders • Treat patients experiencing grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions • Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support staff

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the United States • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program • Active, independent license to practice psychology in a PSYPACT participating state • Active PSYPACT Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) • Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus • Minimum caseload of at least 15 weekly sessions • 1099 contractor availability starting at 15 hours per week, or W2 employee availability starting at 25 hours per week
