📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently as part of a collaborative care team • Manage documentation using the EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Build a caseload based on personal availability • Provide clinical care for grief, loss, isolation, and late-life challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent • Licensed in Maine • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience is a plus • Availability for at least 15 weekly sessions • Ability to work as a 1099 clinician at 15+ hours/week or W2 clinician at 25+ hours/week, depending on engagement type
