📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently as part of a collaborative, supportive care team • Manage documentation using the streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Set availability and build a patient caseload through Sailor Health's matching and referral pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent • Licensed in Mississippi • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience is a plus • Ability to work at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health • Part-time availability of at least 15 hours per week for 1099 clinicians or 25 hours per week for W2 clinicians
