📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team • Manage documentation using the EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Serve older adults through grief, loss, isolation, and difficult life transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent • Licensed in New Hampshire • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus • Minimum availability of 15 weekly sessions • Ability to work on a flexible fee-for-service basis as a 1099 or W2 clinician
