📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and lead the people strategy for the Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue West Region workforce • Support the regional executive team, store senior leadership teams, and Regional Vice President on people-related initiatives and programs • Drive people-based disciplines and development across the employee lifecycle • Provide executive coaching, associate relations support, and performance management • Develop strategy and lead people team initiatives and changes across 14 West Region stores • Consult on organization changes and develop new structures with executive business partners • Leverage people analytics and key performance indicators to develop and execute the region’s people strategy • Influence and drive a diverse, inclusive, and engaged organizational culture • Coach the Regional Vice President and store leadership on complex issues and escalations • Partner with recruitment to source and identify executive talent • Ensure stores deliver associate training and development initiatives, including new hire orientation and service behavior training • Use sales and HR data to guide people-related decisions and streamline processes • Collaborate with compensation, benefits, legal, associate relations, people technology, and people operations teams on initiatives and problem-solving • Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or certification in HR or a related field, or commensurate work experience • 10+ years previous HR experience • Strong working knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to all HR disciplines • Experience coaching, developing, and acting as counsel for multiple levels of management, including senior leadership • Strong customer focus, business acumen, influence, strategic vision, inspiring communication, and a creative and innovative mindset • Excellent relationship-building and trust-building skills • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace programs • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced, and challenging environment • Remote-based role with occasional travel if needed
