📋 Description

• Prepare timely and accurate analysis and reconciliation of financial data • Support month-end and year-end close processes • Perform and review general ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations • Prepare financial schedules, variance analyses, and internal management reports • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes • Create schedules and support internal reporting packages for finance and accounting leadership • Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting data, footnote support schedules, compliance ratio calculations, and related items • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities • Respond to stakeholder ad hoc requests and provide financial insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting • 4-6 years of accounting experience in public accounting or industry • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting principles, internal controls, and financial literacy • Experience with general ledger and other financial systems • Experience preparing account reconciliations and analysis • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft • Strong communication and presentation skills • OracleEPM/Hyperion or similar financial data tool experience is a plus • Active CPA license or CPA candidacy is preferred • Background in Big 4/public accounting or retail, tech, or manufacturing is preferred • Experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or advanced Excel skills is preferred • Familiarity with SOX compliance or other regulatory frameworks is preferred • Exposure to automation or process optimization initiatives is preferred
