📋 Description

• Develop and maintain BIM models and associated project documentation throughout project phases • Support Architects and technical staff with plans, sections, elevations, details, and coordinated construction documentation • Produce and coordinate design and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and project coordination • Assist with clash detection and model coordination between Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems • Support the development, maintenance, and organization of BIM content, templates, and standards • Participate in Digital Delivery and BIM process improvement initiatives • Coordinate with project teams to meet schedules, deliverables, and project requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of architectural systems, construction documentation, and BIM workflows • Ability to develop coordinated BIM models and construction details • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to quality • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support varying project and client needs • Experience with Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat PDF workflows • Experience working within Autodesk Forma (ACC) and/or BIM 360 environments • Technical diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, Construction, or related field • Minimum 2 years of architectural or architectural engineering drafting/modeling experience • Minimum 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional environment • Experience with Dynamo or other BIM automation tools preferred • Experience with model coordination and clash detection preferred • Familiarity with BIM standards, content management, and digital delivery processes preferred
