📋 Description
• Oversee end-to-end construction oversight • Manage RFIs, submittals, and coordination with the design team • Coordinate with all parties involved during construction phases • Create Method of Procedure (MOPs) for clients detailing each step of a specific task on a project • Ensure uninterrupted operations in critical environments through customized HVAC, generator, and utility solutions • Review construction drawings, maintain schedules, and update the client portal.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward • Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm • Basic understanding of Building Automation/ Management systems • Proficiency in using engineering tools and software to develop project schedules, track progress, and manage budgets.
