📋 Description

• Supervise multiple projects to ensure commitments related to time, quality, and communication are met • Work directly with clients to establish project schedules and set expectations • Lead water treatment plant design projects • Serve as project manager lead and enhance client relationships • Recruit, lead, and direct staff and sub-consultants in project execution • Develop marketing and an independent portfolio of clients • Build and lead a water/wastewater engineering practice • Mentor professionals and contribute to practice growth • Develop into a Principal and practice leader

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field • Master’s degree preferred • 15+ years of related experience in water/wastewater projects in a design/engineering consulting environment • Professional Engineer (PE) required • Demonstrated success and expertise in water treatment design • Solid understanding of water and wastewater utility engineering principles, including wells, pipelines, pump stations, storage tanks, and treatment systems • Proven track record as a problem solver in a client-facing role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to supervise multiple projects and meet time, quality, and communication commitments • Ability to recruit, lead, and direct staff and sub-consultants • Travel under 20%
