📋 Description

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Data 360, internally and with Customers. • Act as a strategic advisor helping to unlock data from customers' various enterprise systems. • Help/exceed Customer goals and metrics while providing insights on Data 360 best practices. • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. • Deliver high client satisfaction (CSAT) scores by ensuring value is realized through each engagement. • Manage multiple strategic clients simultaneously to meet/exceed utilization target. • Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to drive continued growth of services, and expansion within accounts assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant Salesforce Data 360 experience or equivalent Customer Data Platform experience • Relevant Salesforce experience in Sales & Service Cloud as well as Marketing Cloud, related certifications is a plus • Data warehouse experience preferred • Experience with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure • Data Architect skills and experience such as data profiling, data quality analysis, experience with MDMs and fuzzy matching conventions • Strong aptitude toward communicating complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids. • Expertise in gathering and analyzing information related to data integration, subscriber management, and identity resolution • Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutions and lead discussions • Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Privacy concepts and regulations is a plus • BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent • Willingness to travel when needed (expected to be less than 50%)
