📋 Description

• Own the successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform • Deliver and lead customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework • Document technical requirements in order to implement a Qualified Data Model • Establish a deep consultative relationship with various client business units • Provide coaching and education to key stakeholders about Conversational Marketing • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key stakeholders • Identify successful customers and work with Marketing team to turn them into advocates

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills • Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM • Working knowledge of marketing automation systems • Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications • Outstanding problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree
